దేశాలకన్నా ఒక్క విషయంలో చాల వ్యత్యాసాన్ని కనబరుస్తుందని,
ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా జరిపిన అధ్యయనాల్లో రుజువైంది. భారతదేశంలో ఉద్యోగం.................................ఓ
గొడ్డుచాకిరీ లాంటిదని అధ్యయనాలు వెల్లడించాయి. వాస్తవ వివరాల ప్రకారం భారత
ఉద్యోగులు కుటుంబంతో గడిపే సమయంకన్నా ఆఫీసులోనే ఎక్కువ సమయం ఉంటున్నారట. 86 దేశాలపై
జరిపిన ఈ పరిశోధనలో అత్యధికంగా భారత్, చైనా ఉద్యోగులకే పనివేళలు
ఎక్కువని, దీనివల్ల వారు తమతమ కుటుంబ సంబంధ బాంధవ్యాలకు దూరమవున్నారని
తేల్చాయి. 2010వ సంవత్సరంతో పోల్చుకుంటే 2012లో కుటుంబాలకు దూరమైన
ఉద్యోగులు 24 శాతం అధికమయ్యారని వెల్లడించారు. ఉద్యోగులు
ఎక్కువ పనిగంటల సమయాన్ని గడపడంపై ఓ విదేశీ ఉద్యోగిని కదిలించినప్పుడు...

పనికిరానితనంగా భావిస్తారు. భారత్‌కు మిగతా దేశాల ఉద్యోగులకున్న
వ్యత్యాసాన్ని తెలిపారు. ఈ పని వేళలతో ఎందరో భారత్, చైనా ఉద్యోగులు తమ
కుటుంబాలకు దూరంగా పని ఒత్తిడిలో మగ్గుతున్నారని ఈ అధ్యయనాలు బయటపెట్టాయి.

ReplyDeleteI have been yearning to do a managerial experiment for several years. We should take the electricity meter reading at 5 PM and again when the Office is closed. There should be a record of the work done after 5 PM till closure of time. This should be done for a period of a week or two weeks. Then lets compare the cost of electricity and the value of work done. Whether it is commensurate to the so called late sitting??
There is lots of difference in "spending" time after 5 PM and need to work in the Office after 5 PM. The difference is quite blurred in India.
